Welcome to the Women's Center

The NC State Women’s Center is housed under the Division of Academic and Student Affairs. Our work fosters a sense of community and belonging through intentional programming and services focused on supporting student success and retention. Through our high-impact practices centered on gender and interpersonal violence prevention and response, all students – regardless of gender identity – expand their knowledge base, enhance their leadership skills, and explore opportunities for personal and professional growth and well-being, including receiving the affirming support and resources necessary to thrive at NC State.

We’re hiring for our next Interpersonal Violence Response Coordinator! The IPVRC primarily serves to provide survivor-centered and trauma-informed care, support, and referrals for student survivors of interpersonal violence (IPV). Join us this Fall for Open House (Aug 19) and our Women Empowerment Welcome (Sep 4), as well as events in observance of Domestic Violence Awareness Month (Oct).
